Pocket Knives and Whittler's

Pocket knives and whittler's are knife legends. They are the knives that you picture that old cowboys and old civil war soldiers sitting around whittling on a piece of wood or cutting off a plug of tobacco. These knives have a history that could fill several books.

Some of my favorite pocket knives and whittler's come from the Case Cutlery Company. Case has come up with so many whittlers throughout the years that it would take me months to research their production and compile all that information.

The handle material is one of the most interesting aspects of pocket knives and whittler's. When it comes to Case, you will find a variety of handles such as green pickbone, salmon bone, old red bone, bone stag, Caribbean blue, orange curly zebra wood and many more.

You can come up with a nice collection of pocket knives and whittler's should you just take your time doing so. I won quite a few and am very proud of them. I joined a couple of knife clubs that put out a quarterly or monthly engraved Case pocket knife and I grew my collection in that method. I also picked up a Case whittler here and there online.

Browse through what we have here and maybe we can help you out. Stay tuned as well, Case Cutlery is always coming out with new pocket knives and whittler's and you sure don't want to miss one. They put a lot of them into their Case vault program where they don't make anymore for awhile. This allows the value and desirability to go up quite a bit.

You best bet to find a nice laid out list of pocket knives and whittler's is to do a search for whittler over at the top left hand corner of the screen. This will lay out our complete line all nice and neat for you.
