Spyderco Knives –Spyderco Delica 4 in Army Green
Spyderco Knives has come out with another Spyderco pocket knife in the U.S. Army’s Digital Cammo color. Spyderco Knives has come up with the digital foliage green Delica 4 knife. This pocket knife has a gray and a green color that seem to shift in the shading texture to simply disappear. Don’t drop your Spyderco Delica in the grass or dig out those old spectacles to find it.
Spyderco Knives Delica 4 are designed using the VG-10 blade steel that ensures a long lasting sharp edge that you won’t be sharpening every time you use it. This pocket knife will hold it’s edge for quite some time as Spyderco knives are known for doing.
I lean towards the Spyderco Delica 4 with the serrated edge for the fact that it can tear through just about anything you pull it against. Don’t loose a finger.
The Spyderco Delica 4 has an ergonomic handle constructed of FRN. What is FRN? Well, Spyderco Knives employs a fiberglass reinforced nylon. This is a nylon polymer mixed with a glass fiber that is injected into a mold to create a very lightweight handle.
Of course, this pocket knife includes a pocket clip and it does have the locking blade for you safety and the warm feeling of retaining your fingers for the majority of your happy life. This knife is perfect for the all-around user. Spyderco Knives has designed this super-sharp pocket knife to be very light. It will seemingly feel that it isn’t even there while carrying in your pocket.
I keep a Spyderco Delica 4 in my kitchen silver ware drawer for a variety of uses. I don’t actually carry it on my person as I like something a little heavier. However, having it in the kitchen is perfect for me especially when firing up the BBQ grill. I use this little sucker to open everything from cellophane covered steaks to charcoal bags. I also throw in a few cedar branches and use this Spyderco knife to saw chips and such off to get the fire going.
Believe it or not, the Spyderco Delica 4 is also my steak knife. Now, it’s a bit high dollar to lay one at every place setting. Folks may tend to think I’m a bit overboard if I were to do something like this, but what the heck. I’m a knife man, and what better promotion than to have a Spyderco Knives Delica 4 on all corners of the table.
