Return PolicyOur goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just return it to us for a full refund or exchange minus any restocking fees as explained below.
What if I don’t Like it? -
(Our 30 day guarantee.)Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days from the date you received your item as per the tracking information. You get 100% of the purchase price of the item/s that you return. We won't ask you a single question. The main rule; the item you purchased cannot be used, damaged, sharpened, baked, fried, bent, painted, melted-down, or altered from the new and original condition in any way. Customers wishing to return merchandise must first contact us at
Customer Returns & Service and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Don't just stick it in the mail and wish for the best. RA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
If an item is returned after the 30 days from purchase, and we accept it, you will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
What if the product is defective? (Answer: We blame someone else.)Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of customer invoice date. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at the expense of Knife & Supply Company, LLC. Packages must have RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Please contact us at
Service@knifesupplycompany.com to get the RA number and instructions. Knife & Supply Company, LLC does not handle repairs.
BackordersAll in-stock items are shipped at time of order; out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and customer will be notified. All backorder items will be shipped at the time the product becomes available. If backorder period exceeds 30 days, we will notify the customer prior to shipment release. In the event of partial shipment, each shipment will be billed separately. Backorders are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered.
Ordering out of stock itemsWe want the customer to be able to lock in a current price when an item is not in stock. Purchasing an out of stock item also allows the customer to "grab a place in line" to be the next to receive the desired item.
There are a lot of items that sell out before we even get the inventory in stock. The ability to order from items that are not currently stocked will allow the customer access.
We will do everything we can to keep you notified of the approximate ship date of the out of stock item that you ordered. These sometimes change due to various reasons.
There is a special PayPal payment link at the bottom of the page on out of stock items where you may place your backorder.
ShippingShipments are generally sent via UPS ground. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Option 2: We will hand deliver your package ourselves. The service fee for this is $1,995.95 plus cost of transportation, lodging, meals, a pair of new boots (We don't want to show up looking shabby) and a voucher for necessary reading material if we are to take a flight. Please email us for further details and arrangements.

International Orders (Outside of the United States)Due to the overwhelming amount of international credit card fraud, we are unable to accept international credit cards unless your card is up-to-date with correct addres and it clears our merchant credit card tracking system. We will accept PayPal for orders outside of the United States.
AvailabilityThe majority of the items displayed in the store "Ship Next Business Day". The order will be filled upon receipt and will be shipped the following business day for you. We will obtain a tracking number for you ASAP. There are times when the item ships before we update you on the tracking number. However, we will get this number to you for your convenience as soon as we obtain it.
If you need something immediately that is in stock but also want something that is backordered, please place separate orders for these items so that we will receive payment to cover the separate shipping. Otherwise, we will ship all of the items together when they come available.
